Style Diaries | Summer Ready in a Cheesecloth Maxi Skirt

Upon the arrival of warm weather there was one skirt I had been searching for – A Cheesecloth Maxi Skirt. I wanted a casual skirt that is breathable and versatile. A Summer ready piece to stay chic while at the beach worn as a cover up, to wear while watering my plants in the yard, running errands or attending events. This cheesecloth maxi skirt is my go-to pick for this season. It’s so versatile and comfortable, you’re going to want to get it in another color.

My goal was to keep the skirt the focal point of this look. Styled with a classic cap sleeve white t-shirt, nude heels and my favorite tote of the season. The skirt was the star of the show due to it’s dusty blue color, amongst the complimentary neutral tones I paired it with. Less is more with this look, and creating the perfect balance of casual and dressy is definitely possible.

It’s shirred waist and textured tiers create more of a casual feel. A spring and summer staple.
