It’s the first week of September!! Labor Day Weekend is the last weekend of Summer and the perfect time to organize your closet for the new season. Essentials are the basics of Fall Fashion, and staple pieces for layering.

Do yo ever wake up on a crisp Fall morning and just want a super cozy sweater to throw on? I love styling a chunky sweater with leggings to run errands, or lounging while sipping a dirty chai. A sweater provides just the right amount of warmth, without having to wear a coat as we transition into the colder seasons.

Lastly, oversized blazer’s need to be on your list of Fall essentials! Have at least one neutral colored blazer in your closet to create easy and effortless layered outfits. The oversized look can be intimidating as a petite woman. If you’re petite like me, opt for a slightly more fitted style, a cropped blazer with a boxy shoulder to give you that “oversized look” and I would also recommend wearing a single-breasted blazer instead of a double-breasted blazer.
