Journaling is such a great form to self care, gratitude and clearing your mind. The new year is here and it’s time to reflect, and review your year. From the great memories, the hard times, to how far you’ve come. Journaling is so beneficial in reflection and seeing how you have evolved over time. Here are some of my favorite journal prompts to take into the year ahead.

These powerful journal prompts are a great way to start off the new year. Take the time to reflect, and acknowledge how far you have come and where you want to go in the year ahead. Plan a cozy night in to truly sit down and answer these questions authentically. I personally also love going through all of the photographs I took during the previous year and writing down my favorite memories and the people who were there. Wishing you a wonderful year ahead.
