Summer Beauty Bag Essentials
Summer is all about being outdoors, enjoying the sunshine and living simply. When it comes to my Summer beauty bag, these are some of my favorite items I use and wear through out the season.
What’s in my Bag
Dark Brown Mascara
There is something so effortless and stunning about dark brown mascara. It’s much more natural and subtle. I specifically love that Sweed is non=toxic, doesn’t transfer to my upper eye lids, or brow bone even in the humidity, and every mascara purchased supports rescuing a sea turtle in partnership with Billion Baby Turtles.
Hair Oil
A hair oil that will add shine, increase hair health and reduces frizz is a Summer essential. Read more about my personal favorite, ioli hair oil here.
Wooden Comb
When the windows are down, or it’s simply just a windy summer day. Having a wide tooth, purse-sized comb is a must. I prefer the wide tooth because I am more often than not styling my hair with soft curls. The wide tooth comb allows me to comb through, and break up knotted hair, while also maintaining its fullness and bouncy curls.
Summer Claw Clip
You can’t go wrong with having a claw clip in your bag. You never know when you may need one. I switch mine up depending on the day, but a fun summer hibiscus inspired claw screams Summer to me.
Everyday Jewelry
My Summer must haves are of course anything with diamonds, pearls and gold. If you’re looking for gorgeous and attainable Summer jewelry, Melinda Maria is the best.
Pink Blush
Pink blush embodies Summer. When placed high on the cheekbone, I can’t get enough of the youthful glow it gives when paired with a sun kissed summer tan.

SPF is essential to protect the delicate skin on your face while spending time outdoors.
