The Power of Intentional Movement
Pilates became a lifestyle for me, a priority that I needed to incorporate into my daily life. I walked in on my first class having no idea what to expect, and I tried my best although it was challenging of course, but I did it and I kind of loved it and loved how it made me feel even two days after.

One session turned into 3-4 classes weekly. I fell in love with it, not only did it challenge my physical body but it enhanced my mindset, forced me to slow down and to focus on the now. Over time, my body completely changed. I had discovered the direct benefits through the transformation of my mind, as well as my physical strength and body. I remember saying to my husband, when there is an opportunity to get certified I will take it. That opportunity popped up a few years later and I officially earned a certificate on all apparatus’. My goal is to inspire you to connect with your mind, your body and the present moment even if it is just 20 minutes in the day. I hope to inspire you to allow yourself to take that time and challenge yourself to re-connect with the now, your body and your mind.
