How to Style a White Dress
A white dress is a Summer staple, but can also be worn year round depending on the fabric, style and hue. For Spring and Summer choose silk, linen, or cotton. As for Autumn, merino wool, cashmere, knits and silk. There are so many different ways to style a white dress.
- Style a white dress by matching your shoes to your bag. I love pairing silver with white it’s such a luxe, classic look. Maintaining the element of balance within a polished and put together look.
- Add a pop of color through your accessories or shoes, but keep jewelry minimal. Let the star of the show be the accessories by choosing a very simple white dress.
- Earth Tones and Texture – the perfect combination. Nude and whites are incredibly elegant when styled together, it’s probably my most worn pairing. Add texture through a raffia bag, wedges, woven leather bags, jewelry or hair accessories.
- Have a Monochrome Moment. By far one of my favorites, especially for Autumn and Winter. There is an essence of timelessness provoked when wearing a monochrome look. It doesn’t matter how many times in a row you wear it, it will always looks good and turn heads.
